Angry 1994 Dodge Spirit.. Back support problems w/ constant welding!

I'm beginning to get annoyed with the problem that's reoccuring with my Dodge Spirit. My grandmother purchased this car brand new in 1994, and it got passed down to my mother, and now to me. I'm 21, so it's been a good 11 years old. It just hit a little over 100,000 miles. We live in Pennsylvania and the roads here are crappy, with potholes everywhere. Our driveway is no better. Anyhow, for a few years now, the back supports have been loosening, and now clang when we hit small bumps in the road. It's gotten so annoying I don't open the windows. I'm tired of people staring at the car. It's loud and obnoxious. I take it to get the supports welded (one month it's the right, next it's the left) but it keeps breaking the weld. Is there something else I can do to fix this dang thing? A bracket of some sort? I haven't been able to find good diagrams, and my mechanic has never showed me on the lift where the problem is. Can anyone shed light on this? Thanks in advance

Just rip it off, or turn the radio up.
