Advice on a 69 Mach 1

My friend is selling a 1969 Mach 1 with a auto tranny and a 351 Windsor in it. The car has 94k original on the chasis and has 3k on a brand new engine. The deal is, is that the car has been garaged for a few years ever since the alternator blew out. So as of now the car isn't run beacuse of that problem. The body is mint and straight, and the paint is still shiny except for a bit of fade and flatness in the front end. The interior is in excellent condition and besides the motor it is practically 100% stock and matching numbers. How much is something like this worth? Do you have any advice or precautions for me. Thank you for your time and any comments you may leave.
