No Power in a 95 1.3

Hello i have been trying to fix my grandmothers Metro for sometime now. During the winter she had started it and then it just quit running.I have had it to many garages and no luck.It is a 95 geo metro 1.3 .I have just about replaced everything but the engine itself.I finally got it to run but I had to cut the slides on the distributor to turn it in order to get it to start. Now that i got it running it just has no power it can not get out of its own way.I ran a compression test and got 100 across all 4 cyl. If any one out there can help it would be appreciated my gram dont got the money to buy a new car and I am running out money chasing the problem.I am ford man by tate this foreign stuff is a new challenge that is kiccking my but. Parts replace.New fuel pump new thottle body new timing belt set by the garage plugs ,wires air and fuel filters and pcv valve cap and rotor.I am sure i missed a few things but if its in the motor it was probably replaced .Any help greatly appreciated. Thanks
Car has 90000 on it

Check the crank bolt. You would think the shop would see that when they did the belt but you never know. They have been know to come loose and the crank cog beats up the woodruf key and crank. This causes the belt to jump time. The only fix is a new/reman crank (or a good used one like I did on my 95 ). I have seen this 5 times now. 2 Trackers and 3 Metros. It sucks but when its fixed, put some red loctite on the crank bolt and it will not come out again without a torch. I belive this is caused buy people thinking they have to remove the bolt to do a timing belt and do not get it tight.

I did check that because i had read it somewere that it might be the problem but i could not even get the bolt to break and it didnt wobble or feel loose so i dont think that that is it. Also on the timing it was done at the gm dealer and check by a local garage and they say it is right? I dont now were the problem might be but i Think i might just start hunting up an engine soon.Unless i missed something. Thanks

put a tablespoon of oil in each cylinder and check the compression again, if it goes up but 15% or more rings are bad or stuck. i would still suspect timing belt since it only runs if you turn the dist farther than its ment to go
