dont worry about it, dont jerk the car around a lot and after you fill it up, let it sit for a while so everything will settle.

It appears he has someone pissed off at him, or else some kids with too much time on there hands.
Be glad it wasn't styrene in the oil or you'd be looking for a new engine.

Re: NightMare Sugar in the gas

I know droping sugar in gas tank is bad for the engine. Could someone help me understand the process how this sugar affects the engine. I can think that on burning sugar turns black & gives carbon which would clog the engine cylinders. Is this right?

TIA

i don't know for a fact but i can't even see the sugar getting to the combustion chamber, i think it would just clog the fuel system

Re: NightMare Sugar in the gas

Sugar will not dissolve in gasoline. Gas is an ionic solvent and sugar is a non-ionic solute. Therefore the worst it could do would be clog the fuel system.

Re: NightMare Sugar in the gas

right, it just settles at the bottom of the tank, you could remove the tank youself and drain it. save yourself 2g's.
