B18C1 Stalls after warm up.

ok, got the swap running good (or so i thought). it runs fine when cold started, but after it gets to temp while im driving (doesnt do it if not driving) when i push the clutch in to stop the car the engine cuts out, doesnt spudder, just dies.... then when i restart it it will fire up with no problem except the idle will be low and rough. TIA.
