AC problem

Have a problem with ac.
When turn on the switch the indicator light on the switch shows that the ac is on but it is not. Check all the fuses and they all ok and when I disconect wire that is going to the compresor and turn switch on, there is no power going thru that harnes to turn on the compresor clutch.
Anyone can help me ??
Need electronic shematic or wiring diagram to solve this problem.
how can I get one ??
