Re: emissions and new turbo kit

Passing emmisions test is going to be different for each state (maybe each county). Registering with a PO Box would have zero affect in Pennsylvania (And I suspect everywhere else as well).

A T3/T4 kit should come with a downpipe.
A factory engine, including pistons, can handle the T3T4s power.

I would suggest upgrading your intercooler.

Re: emissions and new turbo kit

What are your horsepower goals?

For most reasonably powered street cars, I would recommend the GReddy IC with dual Spal fans.

Re: emissions and new turbo kit

Then you should look into the T3T4s or the TD06s.
You will need fuel upgrades and something to control them with for 300+ rwhp safely.
