Question Rough idle at startup??

When i start my car up it idles rough, Almost dying sometimes it does. Also, When running the A/C it makes a funny grumbling noise. BTW, New distributor cap, Rotor, Plugs, Wires, Fuel filter, Air filter. All put in about 30 miles ago. Copuld resetting the ecu help???

I have the exact same problem..and it all started after my engine light came on and had to get the O2 sensor replaced....i dont know why, ppl have suggested to adjust the idle, to a higher RPM, I just dont know how..........
