amp installation
For all you second generation Eclipse owners, I've got a '98 Mitsubishi Eclipse GS-T and I'm trying to install an amp. Do any of you guys know a good place to go through the firewall?

There is a hole in the firewall on the passanger side. You have to crawl under there and lift some of the carpet up. It should come out underneath your battery in the engine campartment.
I hope you can understand what I'm saying (I'm really tired from work), but if you dont I can put some pictures up for you.

there is one on the driver side to. I just pushed my amp wire through the rubber gromet(sp?) and ran it under the carpet to the trunk.

There is one right next to where your steering columb goes through. Push it through from the passenger compartment with a stiff wire you will see it come out on the right side of the engine bay (when staring at it)
