pop the hood in your ef. you see how much room the bay has? thats why people relocate it.

thats def true! it gave more clearance for my air intake too.. hood kept hitting it blah took the blue finish off the piping neways i also got a big deep cycle battery that didnt exactly fit in my bay too well.. and kept rubbing up gainst my spark plug wires. maybe a little bit of the fact of weight distribution.. and well i felt no traction lost with it being in the back with the shocks set at its stiffest at 5.

Stops theives from getting your alarm to turn off when they can't just unhook the battery.

And because everybody is doing it (damn lemmings).
