Brake/Suspension Issues

We have a 1998 v6 Dakota with some issues in the front suspension. The brakes on the right front corner wear out considerably faster than those on the front left corner. As well, when driving, we need to have the wheel at the 11 o'clock position to keep it going straight. I'm assuming that the cause of these two problems would be the same. The brakes were bled the last time we replaced the brake pads(and the rotors arghh), so I don't think its as simple as an air/fluid issue.

I'm thinking a faulty caliper(right one engaging easier than left, casuing dragging?)
Faulty bearings?(causing play in the wheel)
Tie rods worn(play in wheel having affect on driving and brakes)
some other option.

I don't know much about working on the truck (girlfriends vehicle) and would like to get it back to working condition. The idea of replacing the brakes again without results is frustrating me.

Any advice you can offer would be appreciated. Thanks!

I don't have a clue as to what your brake problem is but if the steering wheel must be at the 11 o'clock position to go straight the truck may need a front end alighnment or some front end components such a ball joints and tie rods may be worn out. This could be dangerous.
How are the front tires holding up?Any unusual treadwear?
