Progress: Ferrari F355 Spider

Hi guys, this is some progress on my Fujimi F355 spider I started a few weeks ago. First of: This thing as pure crap!!!!

I did some needfull puttywork on the sides thanks too some old progress threads. I modifief the back just a little. Cut out all the vents and the hood etcetera. On the trunk (which is in the front at this car )I also cut out the vents. Shouldn't have done that... Is to big now. Well nothing I can do about it. I painted it with Duplicolor red metallic. Tamiya primer, two mist coats, two wet coats, polished with Tamiya polish and that was it. Here it is:

I'll be using the Acu Stion PE parts for the GTS/Berlinetta. I bought these before the Spider PE came out I attached some stuff on the pics already. Just need to attach the rearview mirror and the window wipers.

I'm going for the bling bling look using Workmeister 18 inch rims. I had to widen up the rims so the original tires would fit.

I'll be using the drilled brake discs as they look awesome. Red calipers and the double calipers in the back will be red/black. They're not finished yet, just a bit of paint here and there and make them fit to the wheels. Here they are.

The interior of this car is just plain crap. The door panels were completely flat!!! I'm enhancing them now using styrene and putty but still a long way to go on that. I'll post progress on the doors maybe in a couple of weeks.

Cheers,

Bas
