Lightbulb Lowering Springs

Hey AA Peeps,
im trying to get some lowering springs for my 99 civic.
are the AROSPEED ones good?
i have some coil overs right now and they dont fit into the cup of the rear tokico blues........which sux ass.i dont wanna spend over 120 shipped.
where should i go and which springs work best with the blues for not a harsh ride?

what kind of coilovers do you have......i have tokicos and i switched from skunk2s to ground controls and they both fit well.
