Where is my Fuel Filter on Accent 2000 GL

Hi I want to change my fuel filter on my 2000 Hyundai Accent GL I was told that I have to drop my gas tank in order to change it??? Can anybody help me, also I am new to this first time newbie here Thanks

Check under your back seat. You'll have to pull the seat up, then remove the panel with a flathead screwdriver (watch out for black silicone gasket-maker). Unclamp and remove the tubes around the fuel filter. Watch out for spilled gas (or disconnect your fuel pump and start your car until it dies to clear the tubes). Drop the new filter in and you're good to go. It's takes about 5 minutes.
