There a thread with some B&W pics in the motorsports thread. Looks like it's a new nose and tail for the Evo VII (Amongst other pieces). That is very pricey for a transkit, though it is more involved than most that I have seen.

The photos of the prototype looked like a one-piece front fascia and hood.

Looking at pictures of the '04 car, it doesn't look like it would be TOO much of a stretch to convert a stock Evo VIII into one with some styrene, putty, and time. Probably less time than it takes to earn the $90-odd for the transkit.
