I got the car with around 124,000 and have replaced the following items:
fuel filter
air filter
cabin air filter
plugs
wires
coilpack
transmission fluid flushed and new filter
Motorcraft battery
sylvania silverstar headlights

The brakes were just replaced and have about 2 miles on them.
New front rotors,pads,calipers
New rear rotors,pads, calipers

The car has an automatic transmission that is slipping a bit. Also the transmission shudders sometimes under wide open throttle. The shifter button sometimes is hard to press in if the car has been sitting for a while. The car has a few small dents and some scratches hear and there. The tires are good. The heat and AC work well. The motor seems very strong. The car has a small area on the back trunk that the paint is bubbled a bit. The car has keyless entry PLUS a keyless door pad on drivers door. The interior is clean and the rear seats fold down to haul longer items.
