97 626LX 4cyl - Computer probs

Engine light was on, went to go take it in to have the codes read and fixed so I can get it inspected (Car fails safety/emmisions inspection in TX if the engine light comes on).
They tell me it's the o2 sensor and the coolant temp sensor.
Replace those. Engine light still on.
Replace the mass air flow sensor. Still have an engine light on.
Read codes again, it's the coolant temp sensor again.
Replace the coolant temp sensor again. Still reading a code on it.
Check wiring to coolant temp sensor - no problem.
run tracer to look for shorts. Find a short in the computer.

They tell me that there was a bulliten from Mazda concering the computer overheating and shorting and reading a coolant temp sensor code...anyone have any info on this?
