driveshaft

Joined 2 weeks ago. I just purchaced a 1999 S-10, 4.3L, 3rd door with 70K miles. I have a "Three Rivers" one peice aluminum driveshaft. Is this an after market part?

factory part made in canada
got one just like it,probably doesnt have
u-joint grease nipples either.
replace them when they wear out
with greaseable ones

Nope, the Three rivers is made right here in Pittsburgh (Specifically the GM plant in West Mifflin) Stock u-joints don't have the grease nipples.

Thank you for the return, my hat off to the two of you. I did a check of three rivers driveshaft and see they do 1 billion in sales annually but not sure who they sold too. It seems they sell to everybody !!

Just replaced right front bering and all upper and lower ball joints. No other problems.
