3.4 v6

just wondering if you can take the 3.4 v6 out of a 95 z34 and use it in a rearwheel drive car. if so what trans could be used

the only thing that would stop you is money, where there's a will, there's a way. I don't know what tranny you'd use though, this isn't exactly a run of the mill install here.
