JDM engine replacement. Done!

Greetings folks

For those thinking of A JDM replacement, Do it!!

1992 AC 5spd

Replaced....

Oil pan gasket
Crank seal
Oil pump to block gasket (done after engine was installed, bad idea)
Timing belt
Timing belt idler
Crank pulley (5 bolt to 4 bolt)
Filters
Temp sensor (swap with old engine)
Radiator fan switch (swap with old engine)
New thermostat (see warnings)

Engine is running perfect!
8 hours total time to replace engine.

Some Warnings....

Alternator pulley was out of alignment on the new engine, a couple of
washers fixed that issue.

Assumed that the oil pump to block gasket was good, bad idea took
an extra 4 hours to tear down and replace the gasket.

New thermostat did not have air bleed hole, I drilled a 1/16" hole into the
upper most portion of the thermostat.

The cam pulley had two marks, easily could be confused when setting the pulleys, luckily I did not disturb the timing marks from the old belt.
