Installing Used Fender Flares?

Hi guys. I just picked up a set of fender flares from a new Tahoe to install on our '03 Tahoe. Do you know if the plastic mounting rivets and adhesive mounting tape are available from the dealerships, or where else I could find them? Thanks for any suggestions/info.
