code 13?

My 95 3.1 turned on the service engine light while driving to work today. Came back with a code 13. is this the code for the o2 sensor?

Yes, code 13 is a bad O2 sensor. The book says Open sensor Circuit-open circuit. You will need to replace it, clear the code and the car should be fine.

How hard is it to replace? Autozone says its on the top of the engone in the back, now that doesnt sound like fun at all considering the engone is under the windshield!

It will be on the rear exhaust manifold, just before it attaches to the exhaust downpipe. On my 98, it's reachable through the opening around the exhaust pipe from the underside of the vehicle. Not the easiest place, but saves you having to start taking apart the top of the engine. You might try that route if no one posts information specific to your model.
