If I'm not mistaken, .RTF files can be opened in microsoft word. THey are in Rich Text format, and I have no idea what that means, but it's the same file extension MSN Messenger saves your conversation files. What kind of Microsoft Office are you running? 95? 98? 2000? XP? I have 2000 only, but it can read .RTF files. That's all I know, I hope I've helped.
