03 tahoe windshield wipers

I have an 03 Tahoe that sometimes the windshield wipers will only work on low and high, not intermittent then they will not turn off. If I take the fuse out and put it back in they will work great for awhile. I don't know if this helps or just the fact off using the switch to keep turing them off. Is there a module on the motor or is the switch bad?

i would look at the wiper moudle its on the wiper moter it self or replace it
