Spotted - Red 240 Turbo in South Jersey

I seem to remember someone on here talking about a red 240 turbo, big front mount, body kit, graphite wheels. I think i saw it yesterday on Berlin Cross Keys, turning onto Black Horse Pike. I wasn't in my truck tho, was riding with my realtor (closed on my house yesterday, woohoo!). I think they said the red 240 was pretty fast? Looked sharp

I would have run him if I had been in the truck, but I seem to recall he was a lil faster than me, so it might have been a good death Altho, with the DR's I might have an advantage on the street, couldn't see what kind of tire he was running.

The Panda is fast, but by no means unstopable.

I'm pretty sure that anybody with say, 350+hp will surely walk away from me with out much hassle.

Case in point, the night I was destroyed by a 300zx twin turbo. I don't think he had much more than 350hp, seeing as he didn't pull away from me very fast if not much at all. He was just able to keep me at bay until I ran out of gear at the top of 5th. And I hit my rev limitor.

At about 140-145mph. I ran out of RPM to carry on the fight and he was able to take the win. Although, maybe 5 seconds after I lost power. We passed a parked Highway Patrol car. I was slowing down, and was more or less coasting at 100-110mph and decelerating... he was still doing 120+mph as he passed.

Lucky for me I spotted the cop, and pushed the clutch in to more or less kill the motor to keep the noise down so I would glide past not going much faster than other traffic. But my opponent was still full bore, and basically buzzed the cop...

And, again lucky for me the freeways split right at that moment. And the Cop was more or less on the portion of the highway that split from my stretch of road. My opponent took the split and traveled past the Patrol car, parked on the side of the road. One lane away at well over 100mph.

Comical?... very. He can take the win, sure ... but he can also take the ticket as well.




I had video of this as well, but since nobody was riding with me I was forced to set the cam up on the dash. But the cam was resting against the windshield and was rattling against the glass. Which made for an annoying buzzing sound and a even more annoying shaky video. Which made the video worthless. Oh well.

Yup, that's him. We'd be a good race right now, I ran 12.3@112 in full street trim on the new setup. Hopefully it'll be a lil quicker after I get it tuned in tomorrow

He usually runs Nitto 555r's IIRC on the street. But I talked to him last night and he ran a 12.9@11x on street tune. His suspension is whack right now. He gets wheel hop up to like 110mph... Thinking its subframe bushings... Said his race tune was all whack too. Spark was blowing out and such.. I believe he ran like 12.3x@89 and 99.lol But yea, you guys would be a good race.
