Check engine light comes on when fuel gets low
I have a check engine light that comes one when the gas needle gets right above empty. Anyone have this issue? Also, it seems that the gas gauge will go from 1/4 of a tank to empty then back up to 1/8 of a tank and so on for no reason. I guess these might be related.

sounds like you have a bad fuel sending unit. It you are the orginal owner it is covered for 10yr 120k; if you are the second owner it is covered 5yr 60k.
