i was looking at a 95 prelude SI. Im having trouble finding a V-tech for sale in my area. is there anyway i can put the V-tech into a SI model if i was to buy one. i want to get the car over 200 hp without breaking the bank.

Yup - a fairly common swap. You want to remove the H23 that comes in the SI and install an H22 which is the VTEC (not V-Tech) engine. Search for an H22 and you'll find tons of companies that sell them w/ trannies and all.
