Does it seem like the value of the 240s going up?

Are the 240sx getting more and more expensive? They dont make RWD affordable cars anymore so people really starting to realize that 240s are really fun and yet still affordable and since they are not being made anymore and more and more people chase them, so, doesnt it seem like the value is going up? Supply and demand is how i see it.

I have noticed some good RWDs going up and I fear that by the time I get the moolah for one, there will be none left.

well they be getting higher, but i would still not pay over 2 grand for an s13. I got my second for a grand cheaper then what they wanted, 1600 is what i got it for. Car has a few dings, but the interior was super clean. Looked maintained.

Re: Does it seem like the value of the 240s going up?

I was looking at one last night and it had sat out in some guys back yard all winter so it was all rusted and he says the auto trans wont go into reverse and the front shock r shot and its a 1200$ job to fix all the rust (no paint) so I'm like "not bad if I can get it for like 200$, he's asking 1500$!!!!!!! Anyways, I ofered 200$, I'll see what happens.

ya they are going up

the drifting craze is taking over, I mean i go out to the street races alot and some extreme hardcore Honda guys [fast and the furious peoples] are now driving 240sx's with bootleg ricer gear trying to be like i can drift

F&F3 is only going to make it worse, sigh

I got my s13 about a year ago for about $1,400. I live in Oregon, and you can still find em pretty cheap. There were even a few in the auto trader that had the swap done, and they went for about $4,000!! I missed it by a day or two. You can guess how pissed I was! I would have loved to have two! Maybe you should look for one out here, I see em for sale pretty often. Are they really doing a F&F3? God help us...

Re: Does it seem like the value of the 240s going up?

thats why im keeping my 1989 hatch shell until i can afford a new motor
btw should i get a sr20det or ca18det (sort of on a budget and i wont really drag race that often so i could live with ca power levels) or maybe a ka24det
