freeway driving i dont get it
when im driving on the freeway or highway i drop it into neutral to save gas cuase its a hog 91 v6 sr5 and when i do it pops back up to the low 3ks before going to idle and i dont get it cuase it makes the car lurch kinda and takes away a bit of the reason why i put it into neutral cause it just slows it down before i give it a lil gas juss before coasting. is this normal or why does it do this? any help is appreciated!

Not sure about normal, but I've seen other Toyotas do that. They are not intended to be put in neutral under power, so anything is possible.
It is very dangerous to put the vehicle in neutral while traveling fast. If your engine looses power, there goes your brakes. In many places it is illegal to "Coast".
