is this normal

when my car is running, parked with the ac barely on, when it changes idle the engine shakes alot, and there is a strong vibration inside the car. Is that normal, if not, what could be causing it?

momentary..how long vary's though, some times it's for awhile, some times it's just for a few seconds..
