89 TC AC dampers
anyone have experience with older lincolns vaccum operated dampers?
i have a damper that shuts when the cabin reaches the desired temp, and will not reopen until the car is shut off and restarted. the fan runs, but no AC comes out of any vent. this is very annoying can anyone offer advise?

Hey,
It could be the "coffee can" located under the hood over the wheel well, or a check valve and those lines. This subject has been discussed over at Lincolnsonline. I am not technical enough to go further---except sounds like a vacuum leak from what I have read.
