Expedition will run even with key out.
I have an 03 that started with the door ajar light on. Then the radio would come on when we weren't in it. The auto lights would come on with it locked and keys out. When we took this in it would not turn off even when the key was out. It's been at the dealership for almost 3 weeks and they replaced the GEM and still the same. These occurences don't happen every time or after a rain like some of the other posts. Any suggestions.

Two things, either someone installed a remote start unit, and messed up BIG TIME, or the ignition SWITCH is not adjusted properly (NOT the key, but the switch itself).
