Re: Shocking Night

Anybody dying is horrible. Especially at that rate. Car accident are exact what they are. accidents. Basically I hate to hear people go that way.

Re: Shocking Night

terribly sorry man... yeah, car accidents are horrible... i just heard about one in my town yesterday too... some 18 yr old kid was driving with his mom, bent down to pick something up and when he looked back at the road a car was stopped in front of him, so he swerved into the other lane to avoid it, and hit a lady and killed her... don't know if she was a pedestrian or in a car, but it was horrible...

This past saturday a friend of mine died in a car accident as well. It was 4:30 in the morning and he was going 110+ in a 40 mph zone. He came around one curve, then the car started to go sideways when he tried to bring it around the next curve. He lost control, locked up the brakes for a bit, left the road, and wrapped the car around a tree. It was totally demolished. It wasn't until hours later that a cop on patrol drove by and saw what happened. It's even worse because I know he was familiar with the road he was on.

"Latham was charged with disobeying a stop sign."

Thats it? WTF, maybe its me, and I'll probably get some negative feedback from what I am about to say, but that boy should be charged with more than disobeying a stop sign. WTF. A life was lost (and one at an early age), for what, speeding? When are these people going to start learning that you can't race these cars (especially a Saturn) like if its an indy 500 car. If I was the parent of that girl, I'll be so angry that that boy would wish he'll die in the hospital. If you feel like racing, do everyone a favor and take the car to an official racing site and race by yourself without risking others. I can only imagine what the family is going through.

Re: Shocking Night

This is why I would never race or drive excessively fast with a girl in my car, wouldnt be able to deal with it. A guy friend is different, they egg you on and such

If that kid knows my friend or his dad he will be praying he dies in the hospital because if he doesn't something very bad IS going to happen...

Re: Shocking Night

I know someone who has it worse. He was in highschool and he got into 3 car accidents and killed 3 people. 2 were involved with motorcycles. He's now in jail and 3 people are dead.

Some people can't drive...

We are not made to go this fast.
