1993 Brake Problems

Please HELP! I have a 1993 Camry V6 and the brakes apply themselves while driving. It's more the front brakes than the back brakes but both seem to do it. The pedal gets harder(without as much nice confy cushion) when it does the whole car stops rolling by itself. I drove for 50 miles and it was perfect. I stopped and got gas. and then it started dragging again.

I've turned the brake accuator motor shaft, removed master cyl and sprayed rod with lube, but that didn't help. I couldn't pull the brakerod out and off the car and I don't have a clue how to do it. Can anyone please help??????????

The camry 93v6 xle has good brakes, most of the time everything works great. It does have A B S. The brakes are applied about 20% at times. I can't spin the front wheels by hand and the rears just barely when they are dragging. I cleaned the vacuum check valve, It has great vacuum there at the booster.I removed the master cyl and sprayed lube on the master cyl pushrod end. Does the pushrod come out of the booster so I can lube that end also? I heard that could be the problem. I checked for abs codes and may have a code 11 which i'm not sure i didn't put it in there in the testing process.... However I can't clear the code as per my directions in a chiltons manual. The car has a mind of it's own on this brakes dragging thingy. I don't know when the abs acluator motor is supposed to spin??? do you???????? it's a motor and I removed the plug and the armature will turn by hand. The car drove fine for 50 miles then after stopping a few mins, the brakes started dragging. then after turning the armature. pumping the hell out of the pedal, 7 cycles of the ignition switch, I was pissy and drove home with the brakes dragging badly, about 40 mph max.. Then at a stop sign 2 miles down the road the car started rolling freely again. Ever seen a porportioning valve do anything like that? Maybe fluid return restricted to master cylinder? I had to remove the windshield washer tank and it seems to work correctly more with it removed but all I can say is,, WHAT THE HECK is going on here.......................................
