Question 95 gst bad fuel/air mixture?

hey guys...newb here! stock 95 gst.
just replaced my first turbo (t25). drove well for 50 miles. now around 2500 rpm when the t25 spools, i have a miss or hesitation that continues until the boost level drops below the midline. the higher the boost, bigger the miss. MAF sensor? air leaks? plugs? wires? any help would be appreciated. recommended replacements for all? thanks in advance.
