Prelude Headlight Problems

Ok my 1989 Honda Prelude 2.0 SI headlight is doing something rather odd, when i turn on the ac, the high beams, or anything else that uses excess power the right headlight goes up and down and up and down. Does ANYBODY out there have ANY idea what could be causeing this and how i can fix it.

take your alternator to discount autor parts and test it for "FREE"

funny stuff usually means a loose ground wire.
