Question

trans making squeling noise!

I just recently had my trans completely rebuilt from honda in moreno valley and im starting to notice a fluttering noise thats driving me crazy. When i slightly compress the clutch it all goes away... ive already replaced my master cylinder and im not to sure about the slave? Does the throw-out bearing have anything to do with it?
