aeb 1.8t stock starting problem please help

well here is what i have done. ive replaced starter with a used one icm, coilpacks, sparkplugs, and vacuum lines. if i start my car in the morning it will start up right away, but if i touch the gas at all it will conk right out, then it wont start again for a few minutes. it will make the grinding starter noise and belts wont turn if i try right away. If i wait 2 or 3 minutes it will start up right away and i have to wait untill it hits 190 then i can drive away with no trouble everytime. i will not have any trouble again if the car doesnt get back to 0 degrees. and i have NO CELS and no dtc's. and car runs great no hesitation or loping or whatever. what do you think is wrong. car is all stock. 98 1.8t aeb i have a fully registered vag if you need me to pull some info

check 08 - 32 and what the 2 reading are.

They should not be more than 5.0 or less that -5.0.
