No Power at all

No power to car. Changed battery and cables.
Still no power, not even to interior light or engine compartment light.
What is wrong????

check ground from battery to chassis.

Also check the main fuse in the power distribution system under the hood. Everything channels through that box and if the fuse is blown then the car will have no power.
