Ow My F***ing Wrist!!!
I was working out today and man did I fuck up. I was doing dumbbell press and when I am done with my set I turn my arms some and drop them to my side because its too heavy to try and sit up with and set them down like a civilized person would. Well when I was dropping them today the right one somehow caught my hand and decided to snatch my wrist with it. I honestly dont know the last time I have ever been so close to crying it hurt so fucking much. I fucked something up between my ulna and my mangled mess of carpal bones. I had to pop one of them bastards back in to place, which doesnt seem good considereing I havent heard of anyone popping a carpal bone out of place, at least not having it stay there. This means no working upper body for a while, until it heals. Hopefully I dont have any breaks. Another crappy thing about this is my job is stocking. Which means using my hands and wrist the whole time im at work. Luckily I dont have to work tonight. Also on the bright side, my workout partner (hot chick) told me to come by after she gets off work and she will take care of me. I fucked up something that involves work and working out which is what I enjoy the most about each day. But at least im getting laid tonight!

I feel ya with the job part man. For aobut 6 weeks, my left wrist has been bugging the crap out of me and i don't know why. But being a mechanic, it sucks. In certain directions of pressure (which i still haven't figured out) i get a shooting pain all up though my arm. And now jsut the other day, my left elbow has started to bug me.
If i were you, i'd get it checked out by a doctor just incase you managed to really mess something up and now it's healing all wrong.

At least you don't have to use the wrist this time. Just a little info....you wrist problems are going to haunt you for the rest of your life. Mine are. I snapped part of my growth plate when I was 16. I almost fainted from the pain.

lol i did ask if i could post naked pictures of her on here for yall, she said no, she said no pictures being posted on the internet...yet, so who knows....looks like ill have to set up a hidden camera...
Oh and, yeah the stress has been released. Nothing like being able to lay around all night, have dinner cooked for you, have a nice massage, and a couple drinks, then she *SEXUAL CONTENT* like a mother fucker, then she *SEXUAL CONTENT* so we went over to the chair and she *SEXUAL CONTENT* and then she wrapped her legs around me and *SEXUAL CONTENT* and I dont need to take a shower in the morning because we *SEXUAL CONTENT* in the shower, which progressed to the bathroom counter, then we *SEXUAL CONTENT* the rest of the night. Needless to say I enjoyed my night and feel much better now. Now its off to fix myself a few martini's since im feeling all nice right now.
