Digital Dashes Blow!!! ...plz help

My 1987 Caveleir z24 dash will not work can some on post some instructions for takin it apart so i know wht the hell to do without totally destroying it...?my speedo blinks on and off randomly and nothing else works the only thing working is the god praised ANALOG tach...someone plz help me....
