What Happens when Members are Banned??
I was just wondering what happens when members are banned do they not be able too log on for a couple days or do they losse everything.
I was just curious because somany people are breaking the rules and getting banned.

I was going to post a bull-shit responce like I did when someone asked about the stars under your name, but I won't.
They either have their I.P. E-mail, or username banned (blocked) from getting on (they still can just erase cookies etc) but they can't post under that name. They don't lose anything, they still keep theirs post counts, threads, posts, signature, and any information stored. Unless the admin actually deletes the account.

Depends. For first offences, we will often institute a temporary ban - clearly they could log off and still read posts, but they cannot post themselves. However, in many cases, a ban is a ban, and they don't come back. Their account remains on AF, though, with all their post data and signature and such.

It really simple, follow the rules, they are posted on each forum page, and the Mod.'s tend to be pretty cool, they'll let ya know if ya treading the line, just do as they ask. Example~~~~~~~I posted a thread awhile back in another area, a Mod. responded that the link itself to the mainpage seemed to over-promote that site, I responded with my reasons, and then dropped the subject, and followed the sugeestion given me. While I didn't particularly care for the way the Mod. "spoke" to me, [my own singular view on it, only], I followed what he/she stated. So it nbd.
