Looking for a car
I'm looking for a car to use for SCCA Solo I/II purposes. Basically I have a few choices based on my current funds.
1. FC RX-7 (2nd gen) 2. 240sx 3. My daily driver 91 integra

Re: Looking for a car
Of those three, I'd go with the FC. The 240SX isn't a particularly strong autocrosser, and I don't know too much about the 2nd gen. Integra.

Re: Looking for a car
Makes a big difference if you're going to participate in a stock or modified category. The Nissan and the Mazda are RWD while the Integra is FWD, which would be a big difference when making large amounts of power. I voted for the 240 sx.

Re: Looking for a car
I got a buddy who competes in Solo II's and he's in SM and is usually 2nd fastest or 1st...depends on who's out racing that day...he's KA24DET, coilovers, sticky rubber, roll bars, and Z brakes = wins!!!

Re: Looking for a car
I really think that the FC is my favorite. I've driven a few but i know a lot of people that have owned them and they have been money pits. and all the vehicles are in the same stock catagory
