hard brakes

my brake pedal feels strange, it fades in like first half the way and then it gets pretty hard to brake, specially when breaking fast. I recently changed pads and rotors and they look ok.
Do i need to bleed them or change the brake fluid??

ya... or did u recently have the master cylinder changed out? if so... if the rod wasnt adjusted right then that could cause that same thing... but definitely bleed the brakes...
