Ignition radio noise

'89 Spirit.
I replaced the wires, plugs, ignition coil and I'm still getting some ignition noise. The first set of wires I used were after market (Bosch I believe) and they weren't any better than what was there (same things under warrenty). I then tried Mopar cables and it made a noticeable difference, but I'm still getting noise (NOT alternator whine).
I checked the grounds and the antenna cable for resistance. There is no 'filter' across the ignition coil and the factory manua; doesn't show one.
Would this help and what kind/type of filter would be used (RF type cap, choke or something else)?

Thanks.
