1995 Blazer Power Lock

Hello -
My 1995 blazer power lock doesn't always work. When i press the keyless entry sometimes it will unlock the driver door other times not. My husband has taken the door off but doesn't see what the problem is. Any suggestions? I love my blazer but cannot stand that the door doesn't alway unlock. It is like something is slipping. Any help you can give us will be appreciated. thanks.

does the lock work properly from the door switches at all times

yes it does. The only thing that doesn't work is the driver's door. I can tell when it won't work because the "clicks" from unlocking it isn't as loud like it didn't catch.

Replace the batteries in the remote.

If it was only that easy, it unlocks all the other doors but the drivers door. My husband after many frustrating hours found the problem, something was cracked and that is why it was working sometimes.
