Re: boost pressure

Your posts are very difficult to read. This information has been covered many times in the past, a quick search might prove useful. I'm not a big fan of the 1g fuel pump, so I would not turn the boost up without a logger to monitor knock.

Re: boost pressure

why are you capitalizing all your words? Ecu doesn't tell it how much boost to run, wastegate does. Should be set stock at about 7-9...something in that area. In 2g's the BCS allows the ecu to add another 2 psi at times, not sure if its on a 1g tho.

Should not be hitting 17psi on the stock wastegate regardless....I know spike's are common on the EVO III's but that much over stock should not happen.

don't turn it up much without some fuel/air flow modifications
