Need Center Console...local junkyards SOL

Hello everyone,
I need to find a center console from a 2000-2005 Impala. I can't find any at the local junkyards around me. Color doesn't matter as it will be repainted. Can anyone please help?

Surprised you couldn't find any at a local junkyard... Do you mean console as in cup-holders/arm rest. Or...? Impala's center area varies model to model. Police one's don't have one at all, Some have bench seats. And the latest Impala's have the shifter and whatnot all in the center area.

If you don't have the shifter down low, i'd suggest one like the police use, which arn't cheap new, you could also ask a dealer how much for a new center console.

My shifter is on the steering column. I am looking for the console that has the floor shifter.

Being a fairly *new* change to the Impala's. It'll be hard to find in a junkyard yet then. Best bet would to see if you can get a part number and find what it'll cost through GM or something. I doubt it'll be cheap, just like the friggin $700 tail-light covers.
