i saw this and i was in shock

i was comming from work and i was at a red light then i hear 2 cars reving their motors, i automatically look around me thinking its for me.... no not this time ok whatever. then i see that the light that goes east to west goes green.(im going north) then i see an rx-7(FC model) peel out and take off but i hear no turbo and next to him is a 96 mitsubishi galant with a wing so big it makes the one on my SRT look like it was never there.as they made their way across me i see the galant gets the lead by half a car and keeps pulling on the RX-7 and the last i saw of them racing was the galant put a car on the RX-7

Re: i saw this and i was in shock

Maybe the Rx-7 ran out of turbo?

Gotta fill them up everyonce in a while, just like washer fluid.

This has been a quick tip from RedNeck383

Since when Rx-7's "are not really that fast..."?

Anyhow, I don't think that the Rx-7 guy was really racing, or maybe he just went easy on the Gallant dude.

Maybe it was one of those newer VR4 Galants? I've heard those things can move decently.

Re: i saw this and i was in shock

The RX-7 did peel out. So there's your sign that he was racing. It's not that hard to believe the RX-7 was beat by a Gallant. Especially if it was a non-turbo RX. Geez. It's like OMGZ RX-sevenz CAN't B pwNZd!

Shoite happens. The RX got beat by a ricer. Probably would have been funny to see. But whatev. Funny story.

Exactly, maybe it was a modded vr-4. I can see that taking an rx-7. Did you hear a turbo or BOV?
