Re: 96 sl1

need more info

in D is it like neutral?
any other gear ranges affected?
any slamming into gear?
what gear ranges will the car start in(foot on brake to prevent the vehicle launcing)
when was the last trans service?

Re: 96 sl1

D is like first gear ,all other ranges work fine. the vehicle has 118,000 miles on it, don't know when last service was,but took the car to ammco transmission and they said nothing was wrong with it except the neutral switch relay needed replaced.bought the car at a auction at a tow yard.
